This is not an easy question to answer because everyone is different. Overall, fat grafting to the breasts is associated with a relatively short healing period and volume does not need to settle as it does when implants are placed because the pectoralis muscle is not involved.

However, keep in mind that you will need to obviously undergo liposuction to harvest the fat and so there will be some swelling and possible bruising from that procedure.

Great question!

You are actually an ideal candidate for fat grafting to your breasts. While the traditional approach to Tuberous Breasts generally does involve a PA incision, because your areola are not herniated (and so do not require reduction), I don't feel that you would benefit from that approach.

Instead, I would make a few very small incisions through which I would graft fat to your breasts to try and expand out not only the lower pole but also add upper pole volume.

From the photos you provided, it does appear that you would benefit from a combination of breast augmentation along with a breast lift. The simple answer is...no. Breast implants are not affected by MS or other diseases and so you should be fine. Fat transfer is also a great option but only if you have enough donor fat to warrant the procedure and if you are okay with a relatively subtle enhancement (about 1 cup increase). While fat is a very nice filler, no type of grafting procedure can assure 100% take and so this can be a little unpredictable.
