It is great to see two sets of post op pictures since you have improved over time. The right breast implant pocket seems a bit low to start and the left too high. At this point in time if you like the left side better then your doctor could raise the right breast fold. I hope this helps, Good Luck!

Replacing with smaller implants is possible. You have likely good skin elasticity and going down to 350cc should work out fine. Please ask you plastic surgeon since you may need some of the lateral pocket tightened. Good Luck!

You may have had not enough skin for a traditional tummy tuck that keeps the scar about 7-8 cv above the top edge of the vulvar commissure. The two options then are to move the scar higher or to create a midline vertical scar which does have a higher healing problem but is what I prefer to do since then all the scar is hidden by a bathing suit except 1-2 inches coming straight up the middle which is not much of a cosmetic concern. It is unlikely that you have enough laxity to move your scar...

"side boob" can be achieved by a wider implant as well as by a fuller profile. It is a balance and an implant in the 12-13 cm diameter should be fine for you. Good luck!

This size which is what you like is probable fine for you. Your areola are larger and may get bigger with the procedure. You may want to do an areola reduction at the same time or later if it bothers you.

25 cc difference is about a 1/4 inch difference so not visible. I like to focus on the breast width and the profile to achieve what your goals are. Show picture of what you prefer to the doctor. Moderate vs full profile is a big bifference in final shape. The taller you are the bigger you can go in most cases. Over 400cc in someone under 5' 2" can look big Good luck!

I am not a fan of periareolar lifts. Often bad scars or areola enlargement which is very hard to fix and I do not like use of a permanent suture to hold the areola together. An augmentation alone with support and preservation of your breast fold is what I would consider. Not sure of your body and breast dimensions which would help in size recommendations. Good luck!

A very accurate time line and pictures of before and after at each step are needed Please. Was it all the same doctor? Clearly you have had complications and continue to need likely several revision surgeries. At this point you can continue on with same doctor or get all of your records including pictures and seek consultation with another surgeon. Best wishes!

Incisions in front and behind the ear trailing into the hairline behind the ear and under the chin are the standard locations for a face lift.
