Yes, a fluid sample can be taken with a needle through the skin and under ultrasound guidance.

The redness and appearance of the scars is expected at this stage of healing. This will fade over the next few months. I can see your area of concern on the right breast scar, close to the midline, where there is a dark area. Keep that area clean and the dark area will likely heal and fall off like a scab. The scar in that area may remain red for longer than the rest of the scar.
