Got Botox in masseters in Aug 2022 – why is my chin tiny now permanently?
Botox does not address the underlying issues: Suggest Evaluation by ICCMO Dentist who also does DNA Appliances.
Dec 22, 2023
I strongly suspect that the real issue is functional. I assume (need pictures) you have a narrow maxilla because of the deep nasla labial groove in the picture on the left.
This is usually due to not enoung ward tissue supporting the face.

Do you get headaches, facial pain, forward head posture and other issues?

Botox is a powerful (and sometimes dangerous) neurotoxin that can spread to second level neurons in the brain. Typically the effects last 3 months.

Did you get botox for…

Do you think it’s relatively safe to crown + veneer by central incisors?
Correct the Real Issue! Look into VIVOS DNA / MRNA Appliance to Epigenetically Grow (Expand) your Maxilla
Dec 22, 2023
You have an incredibly narrow maxilla and the best approach is maxillary expansion to turn your narrow “V” shaped maxilla into a wide “U” shape and expand the lower to make room for anterior teeth.

The best correction would be to correct the unerlying issue first and then correct the cosmetics permanently. Placing unbreakable zirconia crows will prevent breakage but may make other issues much worse.

When you smile I assume you have dark buccal corridors, ie the space between the back…

Can braces help my protruded philtrum/upper lip?
Maxillary Expansion with DNA Appliance
Dec 12, 2023
A narrow maxilla can create many issues. Expansion creates a wide “U” shape vs “V” shape jaw that causes protrusin.

Need a full wide smaile to see width but the deep nasal labial grooves usually occur from inadequate bony support.
Do you also get headaches or neck pain? TMD issues?

Invisalign or braces?
Narrow Maxilla is Orthopedic Problem: Conside Epigenetic Orthopedics with DNAppliance
Nov 17, 2023
Picture is inadequate but it appears you have a very narrow maxilla which is an orthopedic problem. I would suggest looking into Epigenetic Orthopedics to three dimensionally expand your maxilla to allow room for a full wide smile.
Will extracting top teeth narrow jaw?
Expansion with Epigenetic Orthopedics and DNA Appliance is your Answer.
Nov 10, 2023
Avoid amputating healthy teeth for crowding. The issue is an underdeveloped maxilla, not too many teeth.
There cn be multiple negatyive consequences from extraction, both cosmetic and medical
Is it possible to still be experiencing daily migraines since my botox injection?
Look into a Diagnostic Neuromuscular Orthotic for Headache and Migraine Relief
Nov 10, 2023
Almost 100% of migraines are Trigeminally Nerve innervated and correction of neural input can be life changing. A neuromuscular orthotic can correct improper jaw position and muscle function, the most common cause of headaches and migraines.
The Maxillary Division of the Trigeminal Nerve has the Sphenopalatine Ganglion attached and anaestheti applied by patients the the Pterygopalatine fossa can often give almost immediate relief of migraines, headaches and facial pain. Google SASPGB to…
Braces without tooth extraction for bimaxillary protrusion – is it possible?
Braces Move Teeth in Available Bone: Consider DNA Appliance and Epigenetic Orthopedics
Nov 10, 2023
Orthopedic Expansion of the maxillar with the DNA Appliance will correct your issues, give you a full wide smile and improve your airway.

Always avoid Retrusion orthodontics with Four on the Floor Extractions which can result in negative changes to your face and airway and numerous negative secondary results.
