Our fees are a little lower because Of our location in Central California. Also, we are able to do the entire procedure in-house which amounts to efficiencies and savings that can be passed on to the patient.
We charge the same fee whether we place 4 or 6 implants–it’s the same. Our lower priced All-on-4 options are acrylic. The higher end ones are made out of Pekkton or Zirconium.

It is customary to use all implants that are placed unless the dentist tells you that one or more implants are being placed as a ‘fail-safe’ to be used only in the event that one of your implants fail. 4 implants, evenly spaced apart should provide good support for your teeth in the lower jaw. However, your should still know for your own information, why the implant was not connected and if it will be able to be connected later.

You should visit the local dental school to be evaluated for dental implants. prices are usually cheaper, but the treatment takes longer to complete and is done by students. You can also try other training institutions.

The most important thing is that the opposing teeth are relatively even. If you are missing a few, it is better to make sure you get those teeth replaced prior to getting your All-on-4 treatment done. This is so that forces are well distributed and you do not damage your All-on-4 or your implants.

It is definitely possible, but there is bound to be a fee for the lab charges your dentist has already spent. Also, you will have to undergo several more appointments to get the removable prosthetics to fit correctly.
