You should know all the surgeons has different criterias, however for your safety and to achieve the best results your BMI should be close to 30. The BMI is the relation between your weight and height, and higher BMI means higher risks for you during or after the surgery.

Each doctor has their criteria, based in my experience i would recommend you to look for a certified plastic surgeon and get a consultation to see about your abdominal wall, make sure your BMI is in normal range and from there decide what would be the best choice for you. Just based in the pictures could be necessary a tummy tuck with liposuction to give you the best results
