He went on to complete an internship in General Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington, followed by a residency in General Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and a fellowship in Plastic Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Two months is still too early to judge the final results. The implants are still settling and rounding out at this point. I would advise you to wait longer before undergoing surgery again. We take out first post-op photos at 3 months after surgery and tell our patients it can take up to a full year to get the final results. I wouldn't focus so much on a particular bra size, but instead try to achieve the look that you want and is realistic.

It is not normal to have pain 6 months after a breast augmentation. You might have pulled a muscle or strained your ribs when you were stretching. It would be best to follow up with your surgeon so he/she can evaluate your implants and help determine the source of your pain.
