Yes, start with Botox treatment (instead of surgery).

“Correction” of brow asymmetry is a common and effective use of Botox and, if done right, is far less risky than a surgical brow lift. I would strongly recommend treatment by an experienced dermatologist (MD) for this, however, as improper placement of Botox can make things worse.
