These really are a difficult problem to treat, but needling seems to offer the best chance of significant improvement. Dermarolller (or pen) is my preferred method – but sometimes does need to be repeated. Combining Dermaroller with dermabrasion and a cell suspension (ReCell) gives the best chance of a really refreshed appearance.

Acne scars come in many different forms. Ice-pick scars (as the name suggests) are deep (crevice-like) and it is unlikely that dermabrasion will significantly help them. They usually need excision, release of the tethering scar tissue, and re-approximation with fine sutures. These areas can then be dermabraded later when they are flatter. In my opinion results from smartlipo can take several months to show.
There are some world beating lipo experts in your part of the world. If you have gone to any of them they will definitely sort it out if not enough fat has been removed.
