Looking at your photos, seems that you have some swelling in the area of the belotero injections. I will recommend you to check with your injector, if some hyaluronidase will be useful to reduce some of the swelling, as it may not go away soon.

In the lower eyelid and cheek junction area it is easy to get some swelling after fillers injections, and usually this is more noticeable the first 2 weeks, especially if you tend to have some water retention in your body or you are close to your menstrual cycle, if you get exposed to direct sunlight or heat. I got Belotero but I don’t like the results. How long will it take to dissolve on its own?

It depends on the amount and type of Belotero, and also where the Belotero was injected. Belotero Soft may last for 6 months, Belotero Balance for about 9 months, Belotero Intense for 9 tto 12 months, Belotero Volume for 12 to 18 months. In areas like the lower eyelids, the Belotero last longer. If you do not like it, check with your injector the options to dissolve it.

Do I need more filler to nasolabial lines? Had treatment 3 weeks ago.

You can benefit from more Belotero on the nasolabial folds, the best one for that area will be Belotero Intense. Other options that can work for that area are Juvederm XC +, or Juvederm Volift. You may need about another .5cc on each side

Would Nanofat injections or filler for my lower eyelid be a better option for me?

Looking at your photos, you will benefit from several options. The skin will require some topical treatments to improve the skin color. For the contour you can benefit from the Belotero and make the transition from the lower eyelid more smooth. Nanofat can improve the skin, but not the contour and Nanofat requires a longer recovery time than a filler. There is more bruising with Nanofat.
