Born in Iskenderun, Dr. Kaçmaz received his medical degree from Ondokuz Mayıs University in Samsun, Turkey. After working as a general practitioner for one year due to Turkey’s state service requirement, he completed his advanced training in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul. There, he studied a number of microsurgical, reconstructive, and aesthetic procedures.

Throughout his career, Dr. Kacmaz has remained committed to learning innovative advancements in his field and traveled the world in order to deliver the latest treatments to his patients.

In Florence, Italy he trained at Dr. Paolo Bonan’s renowned Villa Donatello Clinic and received certificates in facial rejuvenation, skin treatment, vaginal rejuvenation, and laser lipolysis. That is not a reason to cancel your surgery but we do recommend patients to quit smoking at least 4 weeks before their surgeries. Smoking significantly delays the healing process. Therefore we do not want our patients to smake after their surgeries as well. Couple of drags will not hurt you but please do not smoke anymore until your surgery day. Good luck
Uneven and bumps 2 years after rhino
Hard bump forming after Rhinoplasty surgery.

Thank you for your question. Swelling would be completely gone and the look should be finalized after 3 years. In some cases, bone reaction occurs and sticks out on one side. That is a very easy fix. Your surgeon will be able to file the bone that is sticking out with local anesthesia at his clinic. It is a simple, short and painless procedure. Best of luck to you.
Could driving over a bumpy road ruin or effect rhinoplasty results?

Driving on a bumpy road will not effect the results of your rhinoplasty surgery at all. Only thing we recommend is to protect your nose and avoid contact sports and direct hit or bump to your nose. Other than that you are perfectly fine driving on a bumpy road.

No new wrinkles or lines will be caused by Botox injection. Most of the time,people think lines are forming after the botox wears off which looks worse than before. This is simply your face returning back to its natural state.

Botox is great when it comes to getting rid of crows feet. However, it will not get rid of the wrinkles under your eyes. I do recommend you upper and lower blepharoplasty for fresh and younger look.
How common are complications due to having implants?

We don’t expect complications such as waterfall deformity, bottoming out or capsular contraction in many patients. If these problems occur, it will be at least 3 years after the surgery
Immediate complications such as bleeding and infection is very rare and happens in the first 48 hours after the surgery
Are textured implants as safe as smooth implants?
Risk of breast cancer with textured implants.

BIA-ALCL is a type of lymphoma that can develop around breast implants. BIA-ALCL occurs in patients who have breast implants with textured surfaces. This is a cancer of the immune system, not breast cancer. With that said, your chances of developing this type of cancer is extremely rare, approximately 1 in 300000 people
