I am sorry to hear about this complication. Most likely it is a benign cyst. Possibly retention cyst or a Bartholin gland cyst. Unfortunately the only solution is surgical excision with topical anaesthesia. Best of luck

Dear Nancy, I am sorry to hear about these issues, your anatomy is completely normal but there is labia minora hypertrophy that makes life difficult . If you choose the have a procedure I would recommend a conservative reduction of the minora, the trim method is suitable for you in my opinion, for slimming down the central part of the minora. Chemical peel before or after labiaplasty?

Hi there I would recommend to have the chemical peel after the labiaplasty is performed. There is a 8-12 weeks healing period. The peel will help to improve the labiaplasty scar if it is visible. Some of the dark areas are removed during the operation so less chemical solution will be needed. Best of luck and swift recovery!

It is not possible to answer this question with certainty due to lack of sufficient data. So far opinions are divided. We don’t even now for sure whether if you had a capsular contraction there is a higher risk with next surgeries. it is important for the surgeon to minimize the risk , there are well known factors such as bleeding and infection for example

Over time breast tissue will thin and stretch and loose volume and this happens even when you have breast implants. Removing the capsule, cauterization and any cutting results unfortunately in tissue loss. So you will be smaller when the implants and capsules are removed . It is impossible to say how much smaller than your original size because it depends on your weight as well

We always recommend to lose weight before any cosmetic surgery because there may be additional loose skin. If the breasts are very dense it may be due to breast gland and less fat so weight loss may not have such a severe effect. Many patients find it difficult to exercise with heavy breasts so it makes it challenging to lose weight. I would advise to lose maybe 10-12 pounds at least before the surgery and the rest after.

Well done , what an amazing transformation! It is possible to extend the armlift or the breastlift excision laterally , to the posterior axillary line, This way some of the skin at the sides will be removed and you avoid the back incision. All the best in your journey.
