What are my options for breast reduction?
breast reduction at young age.
Jan 20, 2023
Jan 20, 2023
There is no age limit for breast reduction. Large droopy breasts, can happen at any age, even below 20. If the breasts feel too large, heavy, give you back pain or other symptoms, breast reduction can be a very rewarding procedure to improve a patient’s quality of life.
You should be reviewed by a plastic surgeon, to discuss the pros and cons of the surgery and examine you to give you best advice if a breast reduction is suitable for you.

I have fat lump on one of my arms. How can this be treated?
fat lumb under the arm
Jan 20, 2023
Jan 20, 2023
The fat lump can be removed. You should however have some investigations ( ultrasound) prior to make sure this is fatty tissue only, as at times other tissue ( for instance blood vessels can form similar lumps) can be the cause.
The lumb can be removed, either with liposuction alone of liposuction and skin resection, to make both arms symmetric.

Labiaplasty and Childbirth – is it best to wait until after I’ve had my final child before gettin
labiaplasty and childbirth

Jan 20, 2023
You can go ahead with a labiaplasty even if you are having more children. You should however leave a gap between the surgery and the last child of minimum 6 months, to allow the labia to fully settle again.
Labia will change with the normal aging process, they tend to get thinner and laxer.

Which cc and profile would help me achieve a fuller look with more cleavage? 140 lbs, 5’5 mother
Implant size

Dear sunflower. thanks for sending in your images.
Depending on the looks you want to achieve, you would be suitable for a round high profile implant around 300-350 cc size, if you are keen on a perky look with upper pole fullness. If you are more after a natural look, potentially a regular height/ teardrop shape implant of also 300/350cc would achieve this look!
This will also depend on your skin envelope and measurements within the consultation , which exact implant would be suitable for…

Are there risks with choosing a 300 cc size implant for my frame? 95 lbs, 5’5
BBA to a larger size with small frame

Dec 10, 2022
Dear Katie, you would be able to have 300 cc implants, I would agree a dual plane positioning under the muscle is advisable. The risk is rippling at the side (palpable implant) with a larger implant, it will very much not only depend on your frame, but also the thickness of your skin envelope, how the implant will appear after surgery. This will be assessed in your consultation.
Being very athletic and sporty, however, a smaller implant will long term be less of a risk of developing…

Would I benefit from a traditional or extended tummy tuck? 6 ft 210 lb female w/ umbilical hernia

Dec 10, 2022
Dear Tiana, from the images I would suggest to consider a Lock and Glue Lipoabdominoplasty, there might be an extension needed regarding the scarline to the flanks! The Lock and Glue Lipoabdo will be able to address the reshaping of the abdomen. The Rectus diastasis will be repaired at the same time.
Can I reduce my breast size from a D to A/AA cup? 23 y/o not concerned about nipple sensation or
Breastreduction to cup size AA

A breast reduction can be done from D to A/AA, with most likely preservation of sensation. A clinical examination/ consultation would be needed though for a more definite assessment.
