You absolutely can do any surgery without steri-strips or glue. While we often use them, they are not essential, so if you suspect that you are sensitive, ask your surgeon to avoid using them. Scar creams may be helpful, and I sometimes use simple paper tape without glue on scars. You can always test paper tape at another site.

Thank you for sharing your question and photos. Your issue, dynamic breast implants, is not uncommon. The simplest and most reliable solution is to do just what you are asking about - moving the implant to a subglandular plane. Based on your photographs, it looks like this would be a reasonable solution for you, but of course, you need to be examined by a plastic surgeon to discuss the risks and benefits.

You have be seen in person to thoroughly answer your question. While it is not absolute that you need a lift, only you can determine what will meet your expectations. A dual plane lift may be satisfactory to you and the scars may not be acceptable to you for a lift. It's hard to answer that question because it does depend on what your expectations are. In patients such as yourself, I find it very helpful to use 3D imaging to give you an idea of what you may expect and where the scars will be.

Thanks for your photos and question. While a dual plane placement of an implant can be helpful in filling out the lower breast, someone with a much ptosis (or sagging) as you have requires a lift. A vertical lift is what you need. There are scars, but, this is generally a much better trade-off for the improved shape and appearance.

While you can to a degree tailor the lift to your desired results, the surgeon cannot accomplish any shape without choosing the right technique. I your situation, a Binelli (or circumareolar) lift would make things worse. The areola would stretch and the buttom of you breast would be too full and sag more. If you're having any doubt, then you should definitely get a second opinion or two. You amy be able to get a reasonable result with a dual plane breast augmentation. If you can find a surgeon that has 3D imaging, that would be helpful to you to get a better idea of what different size and shaped implants might do for you. Good luck.

Like many women we see, you are one of those borderline patients that can "get away" without a lift, but it depends on what your goals and objection are. Congratulations on your weight loss. If where you are at is the best you can do, I would recommend a tummy tuck with some liposuction of you hips and flanks now. This would give you a vastly better appearing abdomen. If you are committed to losing the weight and getting to your goal, I would suggest you wait and use that as motivation to get down to your goal.
