Thank you for your question. 300cc silicone implants under the muscle is probably a good option to achieve a natural result judging from your photos although it is very important to take into account the dimensions of your chest when deciding this. Firstly congratulations for taking the step to have a hair transplant. It can be a life changing experience. 3 months is really too early to assess success. My patients usually report some growth at around the 3-4 month mark and this continues up to 9 months. The final result is only evident at the 9-12 month mark and everyone’s growth is different so you will have to be patient with this.

Hi. Thanks for your question and photo. At 5-6 weeks post-op, it is normal to have red and raised scars. It is advisable to massage and moisturise the scars. Silicone can also help however I would suggest you speak to your PS about this. You should expect your scars to improve over a period of 6-12 months. All the best!

Hi. Glad to hear your wounds have fully healed following your breast reduction surgery. You should now be 16 weeks post breast uplift and reduction. There should not be any problem with you returning to exercise and high level activity after 6 weeks of this procedure. Wearing a well fitted sports bra should give you the support you require.
