Dear Parker,40 units Botox for crow’s feet lines ( 20 on each side) is a very high dose and if given closer to orbital rim, it may affect the extra-ocular muscles which control the movement and weaken them. This may lead to Diplopia or double vision. I have also seen some cases of Diplopia when BOTOX substitutes were used as their diffusion radius is more than standard Botox and may affect vision even if injected at normal sites of injection. This is likely to improve in 3-4 months…

Dear Cheryl K,The Botox treatment for crow feet lines and fillers in tear trough areas may some time cause appearance of ‘Eyebags’ in lower eyelids. In your case, Botox treatment seems to be less effective in lower one third. If wrinkles are bothering you, you can have more botox in lower one third of Crow feet lines ( although total 25-30 units for both sides are generally adequate in cases like yours). If you have swelling in lower eyelids area, avoid more botox and let filler settle…

In mini tummy tuck, the umbilicus is generally not incised and only lower part of infra-umbilical skin fold is removed. This leads to pulling down of umbilicus to a lower position, as has happened in your case probably. Also the skin above umbilicus will remain relatively lax after mini tummy tuck. You can go for Full Tummy Tuck surgery and repositioning of umbilicus will happen at a higher place as it will be released from abdominal skin flap with a circular incision all around….
