I would absolutely not use Radiesse near the eyes, but it is great over the cheek bone as long as it is injected deep (on the bone). I would use hydrophobic HA's, like Restylane, RHA2, or Belotero near the eye. Voluma and Radiesse are both excellent choices to treat volume loss in cheeks.In addition, I would use LS ME MD skin care products ( See Me and Notice Me) to improve the texture of the skin to help with firmness and the dark shadows. Hyper-dilute Radiesse alternating with neck threading

Hyper-dilute Radiesse is Raddiese which has been diluted with saline. It has the effect of lifting and tightening by producing collagen, but Hyper-dilute Radiesse does not replace volume like Radiesse does.
I would use Hyper-dilute Radiesse, then wait six weeks and use PDO threads in the neck. I would reassess patient in six weeks and based on result, may offer more Hyper-dilute Radiesse if needed, waiting another six weeks and reassess and possible use more threads.
What's the solution to this single frown line?
Static lines are hard to treat with just neuromodulators.

Trying a neuromodulator first, and waiting two weeks is the most prudent first step. I would use Botox or Jeuveau 2:1 dilution, 25 units in the glabella, and a few units in the forehead. Then reassess after two weeks. If the static line persists, I would consider either an HA filler, or PDO threads, or microneedling w/ RF. I have had very good results with threads in treating static lines, and it should be less expensive than the other options.
Restylane Defyne for chin?
Defyne for the chin is a great choice.

1) Defyne is different from other HA fillers as it is more dynamic and moves with muscles to give you a more natural look. It is very effective for defining chins.2) Defyne is now FDA approved for the chin3) It is not common, but it is certainly possible if it is not placed correctly, or it shifts after placement from talking or chewing too much. I use Defyne frequently and very successfully for the chin/jawline and other lower face.
