From your photo, your mole was excised which means it was cut out.  It’s unlikely the lesion will grow back and certainly after just a few days that would be impossible.  It appears you have a blemish or pimple near the removal.  Let everything heal and with time it will be fine. 
What do I need to achieve a more symmetrical face?

Fillers would help to give your face more symmetry especially if placed in the deeper areas for structured lifting rather than volumizing. Remember permanent solutions in an ever changing face will likely leave you dissatisfied in the future. Your face is different today than just a few years ago and will continue to change over your lifetime.  A long lasting but non permanent filler is better suited to keep you looking your best over the course of time.

Your filler appears to have been placed quite superficially and rather than dissolve it, it can be extruded easily.  An experienced injector will make a small poke in the lip and squeeze the excess superficial product out and get rid of the lumps.

Along the jaw at the posterior angle the structure that gives definition is either the bone or the masseter. Since you reduced yours the stronger jawline was lost when the support decreased. You can re-establish the support with a filler like Voluma placed along the bone. Look for a provider experienced in the Y lift method of injection as I think that will help you achieve your #goaljaw. 
What can be done about my face asymmetry?

Everyone has some asymmetry of the face and it starts mainly at the bony level, the skull. As we age, this becomes more apparent as we lose our youthful "baby fat". Speak to an experienced injector (check out "Y lift") who can inject a small amount of HA filler to your upper outer cheeks to help offset that loss and even your symmetry.  Remember, it will never be exactly the same but you'll see improvement.  
Can the mole on my nose be removed without leaving a large scar or crater/pit?

In our practice I prefer to do shave removal of benign moles, especially on the face. This allows for the most cosmetic result with little to no significant scarring. The only difficulty is when the lesion is deeply pigmented as some pigment can be left behind. An evaluation by an experienced Dermatologist would be your best course of action. Be wary of someone recommending the mole be excised on your nose. The resulting scar is usually worse than the original lesion. 
One side of my lip is larger after getting Juverderm Plus. Is this normal?

It's common to have one side look different than the other immediately after filler.  Swelling and sometimes a little bleeding within the lip will make it fuller. You have to be patient and wait for the final result, which can take up to two weeks in some cases. If it's still uneven see your provider then.
