I would say it all depends on how much bigger you want to be.  If you do anything larger than a 400cc or so, then you could do your augmentation through a periareolar incision to simultaneously try to make the areola smaller.  
Would liposuction be enough? Or what is the minimum surgery for good results?

I think your best result would be from lipo, and to do a mini.  This is all you need, but also helps meet your goal of not altering your belly button.  But it will flatten you out and you'll need a little skin tightening.

I suggest using Biocorneum, possible kenalog injections, and possible scar revision if needed.  Also, IPL could help in the future for any hyperpigmentation.

Yes absolutely there are several things that can be done to dramatically enhance the safety of a BBL.  #1 is to not overinject.  Overfilling with fat or promising a super high number isn't safe.  #2 is to never inject from the "bottom up" which avoids injuring the vessels.  #3 is only using pure fat that has been cleansed and purified.  Sorry I should say first and foremost you should only see a board-certified Plastic Surgeon.  Most of the deaths have occurred as a result of "cosmet...

5000 grafts is certainly a lot!  But still, I'd trust your surgeon and agree with the recs to take antiobiotics both orally and topically and your body will heal it.  There isn't much else to do, and you obviously want to avoid traumatizing the grafts via surgery as much as possible.  They will drain here and there but it will get better.

You in no way look 30.  You have good skin and minimal wrinkles or sun damage.  The basic answer for anyone looking to look young or stay young is to consider a very small amount of filler in the right spots, and microneedling, along with preventing sun damage, and a good skin care regimen (retinol, Vit C).

Most advise that you abstain from putting pressure on the buttock and thus grafts, especially within those first 2-3 weeks.  After that, then you can start to put some minimal pressure, for small amounts of time, on them by sitting for a few minutes here and there, out to 4-5 weeks.  I believe most would tell you that after 5-6 weeks, there is minimal risk of harming the grafted fat.  Whatever you have at that point, is what you have.

I would have to agree, based on pics you look to be a better candidate for a mini.  Anyone can "get" a full tummy tuck, but the question is, how low can you get the scar... that depends on how much laxity of the skin you have.  I doubt you have enough to get the scar low enough to get a good result.  My main goal is to hide scar and tighten what needs to be tightened, and a mini can do that.  If you're really worried about the upper abdominal skin (which looks fine) then you can do som...

It does not appear that you have any signs of a tuberous breast.  The larger breast seems to have just grown more and thus you have an asymmetry.  This should be relatively easy to make better with a mastopexy to the larger side if that's what you're wanting done.

It all depends on how large your hernia is.  If it's a simple hernia like an umbilical hernia, then yes it may all be able to be done together.  If it's larger, that requires a lot more work and recovery, and so I wouldn't advise it.  The hernia repair if large can be challenging, so deal with it first in that case.  Again, depending on size and location you still might be able to have it done w/ your TT, but you need to see a board-certified Plastic surgeon who also does hernias or who can...

No you absolutely cannot get any cosmetic surgery with an A1c that high!  The typical cutoff is 6 or around 6.  If your A1c is that high, you need to seek medical help from an endocrinologist, as your sugars are out of control.  This can lead to heart disease, kidney disease, blindness, and a whole list of other problems.  Regarding surgery, you would have about 100% chance of developing an infection and ruining any type of surgery, along with completely wasting your money.

You definitely do not need a full, and aren't really a good candidate for a full.  You don't even appear to have too much diastasis.  You're a much better candidate for a mini, and the way to get more upper pull is to "float" the belly button, which keeps it looking the same, but also allows for more diastasis repair higher up.  It will look the best for you by far, and allows for a very low scar.

It's still too early to tell what's going on, even at 7 weeks.  You need to wait more on the order of 6 months before determining what if anything is going on.

I would have to say yes, it seems like you are LOL.  You have a very nice shape and proportion to your new breasts, that isn't too wide, and provides excellent symmetry and upper pole fullness in your bra or top.  I'd say let it be for now, and you can always upsize a little more in a year if you REALLY want to.  But just enjoy it for now you look great.

Of course it's possible, the real question is, will you get anything substantial by actually transferring it?  You have a nice shape, and really not much fat left, so that's a tough question to answer.  I think you'd need at least 300 cc of fat to EACH buttock, which isn't that easy to get sometimes...  thankfully, there are some newer options coming onto the market for injecting decellurized fat (Renuva for example) but they're really expensive as of now...  so if you're not a cand...
