The amount of fat that you describe is very little, but it always depends you bodytype. 1300cc is an average amount for lower stomach an flanks but if you are a model this amount can be a lot. Concerning a revision, if you pinch these areas and feel more than just a 1-2 cm skin, a revision makes sense.

If it is only a small serome it can be removed quit easily and the surrounding tissue can be fillied with fat, wich is alyways a good option in such cases! Small implants also come with the risk of Seroma and capsula contraction. Ask you doctor what he would suggest for you.
How big is the risk that one breast will absorb the fat and the other not, leading to asymmetry?
Always go for fat transfer IF your breast shape is good.

If you have the chance go for fat transfer. This is the most natural way of augmentatoin. If you have a small asymmetry (as do 90% of my patients) your surgeron can use more fat for the smaller breast and try to correct it.

It depends on your breast width wicht determined the base of the Implant. If the base ist wider than the implant it will be visable and look un-natural. You could go for fat transfer, but will need at least two sessions for a satisfying result in your case (if 315 cc is not enough for you).

Depending on the asysmmetry you can go for a upper eyelid surgery in combination with botox for raising the eyebrows. For your lower eyelid, tear trough lipofilling can be a good option.
