Haematomas are a recognised complication. If dealt with quickly then they tend not to have long term issues.

Treating open wounds may need a bit more attention to enable good healing, but regular contact with your surgeon should enable this

This looks like an inflamed dog ear. This is a fold of skin that can happen post surgery. It usually disappears itself. If it is inflamed however, it might benefit from being excised

Seromas are an accepted complication of a tummytuck. Depending on the type of tummy tuck performed, the incidence may be as high as 5%.

If liposuction were performed at the same time then this increases the chance of it happening. Your surgeon can do various things to try and minimise seromas e.g tissue glue, but this should have been discussed with you.

Generally if they are not left, then they tend not to influence the overall outcome

Its far too early to judge. Lumpyness is normal post liposuction and will always settle down over time. You need to be patient, continue to wear your garment and consult your surgeon if you have on going concerns

This is very common. The contour abnormality tends to settle down but may take some time. Generally massge tends to help, but always go back to your surgeon if you remain concerned

It is very important you see your surgeon to determine whether the implant is exposed. If there is clear or blood stained fluid leaking out, then the implant may have to be removed to ensure no infection is present

This sounds like you have had a haematoma(post operative bleeding). The blood has collected in the space and has now liquified and decided to leak out of the wound. The fact that it is dark suggests it is old blood and that you are not actively bleeding( so will not bleed to death).

Your options are to allow the body to get rid and/or reabsorb this, or to have it evacuated which will speed up your healing
