It sounds like you had a significant asymmetry of your nose and your injector has used the filler to build one side of the nose to create the illusion of it being straight. By doing this they may have deposited too much filler in one area in one go, resulting in the painless swelling you still have 7 weeks post-injection. Many thanks of your question and pictures. HA filler allows light to shine through it so if you have had a good quantity injected under thin skin then this can occur. I would suggest that you apply a sunscreen with some primer/tint within it that will help to block the passage of light and thus the red glow. Should this not work sufficiently well for you then your only option is to have the HA dissolved.

Many thanks for your question. The answer to which is very dependent upon how long post-injection you are. It may be worth trying to massage the unwanted lump very firmly every day for a few minutes at a time for a couple of weeks, however if it hasn't softened by then I very much doubt that it will. Dear Julie, thank you for your question. You should have no problem getting a lip lift if it is appropriate for you. A lip lift doesn't actually operate on the lift, rather it is performed in the area just below your nose, well away from your lips and the allured within.

Your pictures show you to have sufficient distance between the base of your nose and top lip to benefit from a lip lift. I would personally advise that you save just a little more to get, what for you, would be the gold standard in achieving the results you are seeking. Botox and threads would actually cost you close to the cost of a lip lift, for a very short duration and only a minor/subtle change - a waste of money if I am...

Thank you for your pictures and questions.
You are certainly a great candidate for high-definition liposuction. This is achievable using both VASER or, as I use, High-def PAL liposuction. The advantage of the PAL is that you do NOT require post-operative drains leaving in-place that is often very common after VASER high-def.

Thank you for your question and picture. You have a good result from your original surgery but I can see the asymmetry between the sides.
You can of course have revision surgery but I would leave it a year from your original surgery to allow all the tissues to settle and soften - liposuction is always harder after the first time as there is scar tissues around the remaining fat cells.
