Hello, please provide pictures for a more accurate answer, most of the time I combine abdominoplasty we liposuction let’s say in 90% of my cases, like that you can obtain a better result, it all depends on your medical condition and in the test result.

Base on the picture you provide you look like a good candidate for liposculpture procedures, having liposuction of your back, sides and the abdominal area, (it’s up to you to consider fat transfer to the gluteal area, which i recommend in your case)
