Apparently you don’t have much fat.If you work out you will have less.The amount of fat transfered will depend on the fat removed with the lipo.You will need liposculture of the back and lipo of the abdomen to gather enough fat.

You need a full facelift (neck and jawls) and lower blepharoplasty. Add mechanical peeling which would greatly reduce the fine wrinkles around your mouth. Check before and after pictures.
