Tightness and stiffness in the abdomen is a normal posoperative symtoms, also you may feel tingling, burning or or intermittent shooting pain, these are normal experience as the skin, tissues and nerves heal.
Most of the time this will be solve after 6 weeks, but don`t hesitate to contact you plastic surgeon for the expert opinion.
