Congratulations on your weight loss! I believe that liposuction may give you what you want. But it is difficult to tell from the photographs alone. You may also need an abdominal skin tightening procedure, which could be confined to the lower abdomen and that way not disturb your belly button. There are many factors that go into this decision and pros and cons exist for each of the options. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for a face to face and hands on examination. Good luck.

Thanks for your question! To address the lower eyelids I think you would best be served with a lower lid blepharoplasty. Your upper eyelid margins are also on the low side based on this one photograph and may need to be addressed as well to deliver your desired more youthful appearance. Thanks for your question. I am not sure whether achieving the photograph you have submitted is possible but I do think your nose could be made narrower in the tip area. Also contributing to your overall appearance is a recessed chin. This can be addressed in a variety of ways as well. I recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon to assess not only your nose, but overall facial profile and discuss options so that you have a full picture of the possibilities. Good luck!

Thank you for your question, and I believe your lower abdomen could be improved with a combination of liposuction, scar revision and some form of an abdominoplasty. Please have a very careful evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon as the resulting scar from the previous intra-abdominal procedure adds a level of complexity to liposuction and/or an abdominoplasty. All of this can be taken into consideration when analyzing the best option for you. The difference between 375cc and 400cc is less than a shot glass. I would suggest that instead of focusing on a specific implant volume in ccs you focus on the look that you want. This can be done through a variety of ways including looking at medical before/after photographs. After all it's the appearance and not the number that's important. Certainly a twilight anesthetic has certain advantages but the procedure can be done successfully with either a twilight or a general anesthetic. I personally prefer twilight but the best option is the option that works well with you and your operating surgeon. Liposuction is a very precise way to address the neck, and utilizing some of your own fat is an option to enlarge your chin or you might consider a chin implant. Furthermore, with the 50 pound weight loss over three months I would recommend you give your skin time to recover and perhaps retract on its own.
