Hello there, based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction and a full tummy tuck in order to tightening of your abdominal rectus muscles again. I recommend a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 32.5 or less. Hello! I can observe that you present a lot of flaccid tissue and little mammary tissue. My recommendation is to place a small implant for a natural look appearance and maybe release of the breast tissue.  In your case I would prefer to place the implant under the muscle for a better and more natural coverage and appearance.
