DON'T DO IT! You are 30 years old with seemingly excellent skin properties, decent volume, no significant volume descent or sagging. If your platysma bands are bothering you there are smaller procedures other than a facelift that are good at treating those. See a reputable board certified plastic surgeon that focuses on facial rejuvenation procedures.

Both conditions can in part be treated medically with antibiotics such as metronidazol and topical Retin-A. The surgical treatment of Rhynophyma is usually with laser ablation. Thank you for your question. In order to have a cosmetic procedure, it is advisable to be within a healthy weight. At 302, regardless of your height, many surgeons would probably consider that to be above the range. I recommend you consult with several plastic surgeons in your area, and they will let you know a weight range they feel would be more safe to do the procedure.
