This is still early on in your healing process, so swelling is still present. Looking at your pre-op photo, the left side requires a more extensive lift than the right. A larger implant should be placed on the right to try to correct this issue. However, going larger than 500cc can put a large amount of stress on the structures of the chest. I suggest to wait until 6 months post-op to properly evaluate your results. In the meantime, you can try using an upper pull bandeau to try to even them…

I rarely suggest that a patient goes larger than 400 cc, especially if sagging and stretching is a concern of the patient. The weight of the implant can stretch the skin. I think that saline implants are perfectly fine, and you can keep the ones you have if you are not looking to spend more money on implants if you get a revision. The appearance of your breasts 8 months-1 year post-op should be much better and allow you to properly evaluate whether or not your final result is acceptable…

What I always recommend to my patients is that they first complete their family. Once your family is complete, you can get the results you desire, and maintain the results long term. Your doctor was correct in terms of profile. It is best to wait 6 months until a final evaluation can be made, because most problems can be resolved on their own. In the meantime, you can try a post-augmentation upper pull bandeau. Also, your doctor made the right decision on volume to best fit your body dimensions. From your pictures, I would think that your frame could not handle larger implants.

It is hard to say at this point how your recovery will progress. At 8 weeks post surgery, you should be well on your way to healing, but you will be tired. Furthermore, complications do and can arise, as well as delays in the healing process. I would discuss with your surgeon how you want to proceed. In viewing the photo you attached, I would explore Coolsculpting for your abdomen area. I think you would get a great result from that noninvasive procedure and definitely avoid the huge scar. You would get a great result from a lift (mastopexy). However, a breast lift flattens the breast so it is recommended that you get a small implant to give you back the volume. With your body frame you should get a great result.
