I recommend finding someone who does Vectra 3D imaging.  It's great way to see yourself with different implant sizes.  Bra sizing is notoriously difficult to preduct, each vendor is different, and it is all just a ratio between your chest circumference and your breast size, so it can be variable.      I wouldn't focus too much on bra size after surgery - focus more on proportions and general size of your breasts compared to your ribcage and hips.  (In my practice very common size range is...

I think breast surgery could improve your symmetry significantly - whether it is with implants, fat transfer, or a combination of procedures. It is not uncommon to have small wounds during healing after an abdominoplasty, even if you are of a normal body weight and healthy.  Sometimes a small suture can cause an infection ("suture abscess"), similar to a large pimple.  The best option is to keep in close contact with your plastic surgeon's office and they should be able to guide you through this healing phase.Best wishes,Michelle Spring, MD

I do all drainless tummy tuck surgeries, either with Progressive Tension Sutures or TissuGlu.  I feel it is very important for my patients to wear a compression garment post operatively.  With this combination, the risk of seroma is very low in my experience.   I advise you to follow your surgeon's recommendations, as he or she will tell you what you need to do based on the technique.  This is important in order to reduce the risk of complications.     Best wishes!

I agree with the answers posted - you must prioritize your health over a cosmetic surgery.  You may need medical clearance from your primary care physician, an anesthesia consultation, lab work, etc.    Please remember that any elective (ie, not medically necessary) surgery should not be pursued at the expense of your health if there is a high risk of having a complication from the surgery or anesthesia.  Best wishes!

The swelling from surgery is usually gone by 6 months, but as time goes on your breasts will continue to change  (and age like the rest of your body).  It would help to get the perspective from your surgeon, as your breasts appear quite small in the photos and there is a risk of losing blood supply to the tissue (nipple complex) if too much tissue is removed during surgery.    I'm confused about your wish pictures - they don't look like patients who have had a breast reduction.  It's real...

In general, it takes a few months at least for the tissue to settle and the majority of swelling to subside. Patience is so hard - but that is what I would recommend.   It's way too early to do any sort of revision on your belly button.  Swelling after surgery can cause everything to look pretty funny for quite some time.  The best thing to do (assuming your plastic surgeon is doing your postop checks and making sure you are healing well) is to focus on your health and follow your surgeon's instructions so you don't develop any postoperative complications.   Good luck!Michelle Spring, MD

It sounds like you might have treated yourself to a "closed capsulotomy".  Surgeons used to commonly do this in the office by squeezing the implant firmly to try to break the capsule/scar tissue.  You should see your plastic surgeon to make sure everything is ok, sometimes trauma can cause bleeding or fluid to collect around the implant -- but hopefully your fall actually did something good for your breast!Best wishes,Michelle Spring, MD
