Thank you for the question.Like most of the other cooments I would agree you could benefit from a full abdnominoplasty (tummy-tuck). Before this however, if might be worth considering your weight – are you at your ideal weight? Thank you for your question.Sure, if you want to go bigger an implant can achieve that. You’re right that it will need to go under the muscle. Your breasts don’t look droopy, looking at your photos and an implant alone might be enough to achieve the look you want. My advice would be to get a reputable board-certified plastic surgeon to assess your breasts and talk you through your choices. You should get a great result, from a breast augmentation from what I can see.Good luck!

Thanks for the question.I agree, skin only facelift has minimal appeal amongst plastic surgeons and will not last long – recurrence in about 1 year.SMAS combined facelifts are the standard in facelifting and is not without greater risk to deep structures (eg. facial nerve), but this risk is minimised by good technique. Thanks for the question.Scar revision is possible, but don’t forget the scar will fade, given time and become less noticeable. Scar therapy (massage and moisturise) may help with this.I like to wait 6months-year before revising a scar. If this is something you go for, try to take a long an undergarment that you normally wear. The incision could be tucked into how the garment sits on you, better, with the pre-op markings.Good luck.

You’ll do well to prepare for a tummy-tuck and breast up-lift (mastopexy). Liposuction will help and when combined with a tummy-tuck, will leave you with a flatter tummy.
