Hi there, it sounds like absorbable suture that was used by the surgeon to close the wound. i would strongly suggest you to arrange for a review by the operating surgeon. hope this helps

Hi there, its difficult to give an assessment without looking at photos, but reading between lines it seems a small reduction will be a better option. Breast reduction may relieve your symptoms of neck, back and shoulder pain, and rashes under breast. have a chat with your local PS. best wishes

Hi,In addition to all the usual classical scar management advice. Reducing the stress across the wound area and occlusion may help. both objectives can be achieved by using medical paper tape such as steristrips or micropore or similar for certain period of time.
