I don’t know what your body size and composition is. I use a sizing system from Allergan use. It’s silicone sizers that fit into a bra. Then you can see for yourself what you like. It also helps me decide what size you like. It’s about exiectations. And together we can decide what is best. It’s not foolproof but helps. Looking at you I would think not a high profile round, but a moderate profile round or a Allergan MF Volume ? Around mid to high 300s not 400 tho

Unfortunately it happens! when it does I always say the first thing is to not panic (easy to say I know!). there is nothing that you can do now other than to wash and keep it clean. I believe in soap and water. its great for wounds of all kinds. Try Johnson baby shampoo as it doesn’t sting the eyes. it will heal, but you may need a small revision. It is bizarre how the human body works most times. Any surgery can and often does affect sensation. the nipples can be under sensitive or over sensitive. You can even have one under and one over sensitive! most common is the over sensation.  I usually recommend gentle massage of the nipple area with a cream such as cocoa butter or bio oil – but please make sure that you are not sensitive or allergic to the cream before using it. try rubbing a little on the inside of your forearm for a …
