Yes, you are. Your nose will improve with a rhinoplasty. It is hard because the history of trauma, but not impossible. About the scar in the tip, I will let it for a second round, to not disturb more the blood supply after the surgery. We must prioritize first.

Good morning! Your case is very common, treat previous scars, removing them with excess skin, in a tummy tuck. I would have no problem evaluating your case. Of course it is possible. Complications as in any other TT, only separating the skin is more difficult due to the thick scar underneath. I hope it has been helpful and hear from you soon.

Hello! Nice to answer your clinical case. The asymmetry is visible, although not all living beings are 100% symmetrical, we can improve it to achieve more harmony between the eyelids. In this case, blepharoplasty should be performed with repair of the eyelid lift muscle, which, in the case of your young age, could only be on the affected side. I hope it helped your doubt.

Sincerely I suggest a tummy tuck with liposuction and BBL, and repair the rectus abdominal muscle for a better result, not looking for excellence but a nice a beautiful result. However, you have the final word, and its okay if you don´t want these others procedures, having only the tummy tuck will help you to improve a lot your shape.

Having in mind that you have lost a good amount of weight, the quality f the abdominal skin and your picture I recommend you a tummy tuck, it is okay if you had a J plasma liposuction before. About risk: any procedure have minor and major risk, a good and complete evaluation will help if you decide to have the procedure. Hope this help you.

Evaluating your picture for sure you will need liposuction and tummy tuck. But you should have in consideration that most of your abdomen size is caused by intra abdominal fat that is with your internal organs. A side pictures always help. Keep it in mind. I hope this answer help you.
