Lipo alone will not eliminate those areas. You will need diet and exercise to improve that area, good look and thanks. Make sure to find an certified surgeon.

Without photos it is difficult to determine if you are a good candidate for a BBL. It depends on how much fat you have compared to muscle. I would recommend scheduling an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Based on the photo you have posted I think you are well on your way to being able to achieve a great result with a BBL. Hello and thank you for your question.I suggested to take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as “Brazilian Butt Lift” (BBL). After you lose the 20 pounds you will be a great candidate and will look great. Make sure to go to a certified surgeon.
