Hello, in my opinion it seems you have a problem with your septum which is causing deviation and asymmetry of your nasal tip. A CT scan of the face may further help to define the problem. Most likely you will benefit from a combined procedure called septorhinoplasty in which the nasal septum is straightened and the tip is redefined and aligned. Aplstic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasties may to correct both issues together. All the best.
