You can try fillers and see what amount is adequate for you. It is temporary and will stay for a year.
If you are happy with the change, you can ask for similar volume of fat transfer later. This will give permanent results. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon for the best care. Hope this helps.
If I have GERD does it increase my risk of infection for having breast implants?

Placing implant too small or big will not be aesthetically pleasing and will not help to get desired size and shape. Best is to undergo implant of size that is required to achieve desired goals. If I keep getting lipoma removed, will it always come back?

Lipomas are known for recurrence at the same site or a near by area, but the scenario what u are saying is very unlikely.
Sometimes at the site of lipoma removal there is apperance of a swelling because of accumulation of scar tissue.
