This is a very good question. Most women who undergo a labiaplasty have not had children yet, and the changes in the labia after pregnancy are typically not extensive. However, if you noticed significant changes to your labia with your first child it is not unreasonable to expect changes with subsequent pregnancies. From the photos, and considering 7 full-term pregnancies, it is my opinion that the non-invasive options will only offer modest improvement; there is simply too much skin. A tummy tuck can remove skin and repair the diastasis but that is obviously a much larger undertaking than the non-invasive options. Also the TT will remove the bottom one third to one half of you abdominal tattoos. Best wishes.

From your picture it seems as if you are in great shape but unfortunately there is no good way, short of surgery, to tighten the abdominal wall that has been stretched by pregnancy. From your photos I think that you are a great candidate for a Mommy Makeover, especially if you are able to lose the 40 pounds. It is not clear from your pictures that you would actually need a breast lift; depending on the size of implants you choose, a "biplanar" augment may give you a great result without the breast lift scars. From the photo it looks as if a lift would be required to elevate the nipples and to tighten the skin. An implant would help with fullness, especially up top. In retrospect it is probably easy to say that you "should" have had a full tummy tuck but this is not always easy to see at the beginning of things. Personally, I would offer a patient that was dissatisfied with the results of a mini the chance to convert to a full. Thank you for your question. Please understand that a periareolar mastopexy can lift the nipple about one inch at most and will have a minimal effect on breast shape, except to make it flatter. And the donut lift scar tends to heal worse because of puckering and the tension on the closure. It is mostly useful as an areolar reduction. You are correct in your assumption that the more tissue that is removed and the more "lift" that is needed, the more skin needs to be removed and thus there will be a greater likelihood of needing an anchor scar pattern. However, many experienced surgeons are able to perform substantial reductions and lifts with just a "lollipop" type of incision. Most plastic surgeons use some sort of evidence-based modality to help the scars heal as nicely as possible. These usually involve silicone either as a sheet or an ointment, and some surgeons use methods to take tension off the closure as well, such as plastic films or tapes.
