Would going from 32A to 415 cc HP or 450 ccs HP implant be too much for me?

I use sizers recommended by the implant manufacturer to help choose implant size. The difference between a 415 and 459
is very small... so, if you are trying to decide between the two, it may be helpful to show your surgeon after photos of the look you hope to achieve and he/she may be able to better direct you to he size.

In order to create a "perkier" look as well as reduce the size of your areola, a lift will be needed. To get you more upper pole fullness and projection, an implant should be placed. You are a great candidate for a breast lift with implants. The scar will go around your areola and down the breast like a lollipop.

You can definitely have a lift over your existing implants. This is a procedure I frequently perform and is performed in our own state of the art surgical center. Recovery is easier than a breast augmentation.

Implants will improve your cleavage and upper pole fullness. I recommend using silicone implants placed under the muscle through a small breast crease incision. You don't have to have a lift, and should you want to get one later on, that is always a possibility to do a lift over the implants. I hope this helps.

These 2 procedures can be done together. Best to contact a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss specifics. For implant sizing, we use a combination of 3D imaging as well as sizers provided by the implant manufacturers to help choose the implants size.

At that size a high profile will better fit your chest measurements. It will definitely give a faker look as well. The implants will provide upper pole fullness. Looks as if you have a fair amount of breast tissue, so you could possibly go above or below the muscle. Saline implants can be overfilled so that the shape of the implants maintain more fullness up top. Another option is to go with one of the more cohesive silicone implants such as a the inspira soft touch (natrelle) or mentor ...
