There is no right age to have a facelift. As we age 3 things happen we lose volume, lose the elasticity as well as textural changes to the skin. Depending on your anatomy and where you are in this spectrum of aging you absolutely could be a candidiate for facial rejuvenation. I hope this helps!

Its difficult to determine without pictures. However two options are fat transfer to the breast form another part of the body and implants. A consultaion with a board certified plastic surgeon would be a great way for you to start. I hope this helps!

Thats a tough question to answer. There are many ways to treat this , conservative treatment is probably the best in the short run in my opinion to let the skin contract down. After several months this will be much smaller and perhaps only a scar revision may be needed. I hope this helps!

Unless you have absolutely no fat on your body or you have an ongoing infection there is generally no reason why you would not be a candidate for fat transfer.  I do this quite often in my practice even on the thinnest of patients and I have found that it helps with fullness in the upper poles, indentations, rippling and just overall helps with the aesthetic outcome. I see this often in my practice. It does appear you have prominent neck bands after your procedure. However there is a remedy. Surgery with a midface/neck lift will help by addressing the underlying muscles of the neck as well as botox to soften the bands.  Both of these should help your issues. I hope this helps!

It appears that you have some ischemia and bruising. It does not look like its full necrosis at this point. Things that I find beneficial for marginal skin are no smoking, hyperbaric oxygen, and some silvadene or luxamend cream to affected areas. As always follow the instructions of your plastic surgeon. This is totally normal with the type of breast lift you had. It will take several weeks to months to flatten out and as your breasts drop. Be patient and listen to any massage instructions or incision recommendations your surgeon may have. I hope this helps!!

It all depends on how the skin looks after mastectomy. If it looks viable and good then i generally put in half the volume of the mastectomy specimen. So if your breast weighed 500gm I put in approx. 250 cc of saline. If however the flaps done look great i am very conservative and put 50-100 cc. I hope this helps!!

Its best to get this taken care of in the immediate future if the rupture just occurred. The good news there are many options out there for type of implants. Yes you are a good candidate, however it will really depend on your expectations and goals. A lift and possibly some fat transfer can make your breasts more youthful and perky especially if you want to avoid an implant. That being said a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon is paramount.Hope this helps !!

Yes! you are a great candidate for areola tattooing to make them round and bigger. Due to the fact that you already have nipples you may not need this aspect. This will make your areola more symmetric. I hope this helps!

Depending on your health status you are a candidate immediately for tissue expanders and even possibly direct to implant. Generally most of the time we put expanders or implants at the time of the mastectomies, but if you are emotionally and physically ready you can do it at anytime after mastectomies.
