Yes, you will continue to heal for the next couple of weeks. Vision will stabilize. Your doctor will continue to monitor and if there is something to worry about he will mention it. Continue to use tears to combat dry eyes, as it can cause blurriness. Don’t forget if you are using the computer for 8 hours to use the 20-20-20 rule.

You have a slight astigmatism in your left eye and slight farsightedness in the right eye that’s causing the blur. If you’re currently happy with your binocular vision then I would advise not doing surgery, however, if you feel the prescription in your eye is causing significant blur then you should reach out to your surgeon regarding a touch-up procedure to enhance your vision.

Haziness/blurred vision after CXC surgery is common and part of the recovery process. If the haze persists there are treatment options your doctor can discuss with you.

Depending on your corneal thickness, thin flap LASIK could be an option. PRK/LASEK which retains more corneal tissues post-op is also an option. There’s also implantable lenses you can consider such as ICL.

The prescription you provided is definitely treatable by LASIK, however additional tests still need to be done (such as measuring your corneal thickness) to determine if you’re a good candidate for the surgery.

Most patients should experience full recovery by 6 months. If the blurry vision is intermittent and not constantly then it could be cause by dryness. You should visit your surgeon to recheck your eyes, there is a possibility you might need an enhancement.

The residual prescription in your eye is minimal and shouldn’t be causing significant blur in your eye. Some eyes are more sensitive to prescriptions than others so that could be a reason as well. At 3.5 months there still exists a possibility that your vision can still improve.
