Hi Jenni If two doctors recommended you a Face Lift, Surely is because you need it, it is better to do both procedures in the same surgery (lower blepharoplasty and F/lift) the cheekbones goes into the face lift, this is to fill them with your own fat or facial fillers.

Hello Chrisha, thank you for sending your pictures. I see you have very good volume in your breasts, so I would not recommend implants. You have very irregular and widely spaced breasts. Therefore, I recommend a mastopexy using your own breast tissue, this way you can achieve a full 250cc.

You are a good candidate for a facelift, starting with fat transfer to some areas of your face to make you look very beautiful. Fat transfer is better in this case because absorbs better than fillers. And for your wrinkles i would recommend botox to give you a very smooth skin.

Depending on the type of hernia, diameter, how it was repaired if it was with your own tissue or used a mesh repair.

Also it is very important to review your medical history to determine when is the right time for you for undergo this type of surgery. Your doctor must have your medical history, ask for a copy so you can show to your Plastic Surgeon and he can give you a safe suggestion.

It is not recommendable to take any vitamin or medicine in general before this type of surgeries, at least on the five days prior the surgery day, to prevent bleeding problems. Depending on your hemoglobin level and if your surgeon recommends, you can take Iron pills, one or two daily in the morning time with orange juice for a better absortion.
