How can I get my teeth to align after dental implant?
two choices
Nov 22, 2018
You can get a gingivectomy so your teeth look even (best option I think) or you can get veneers on the front teeth. If I were you, I’d go for the surgery :)
What can I do about abutment lost off my implant while it’s healing?
Healing cap
Nov 22, 2018
I’m sure you mean the healing cap. I place the abutment only if you are getting provisional or definitive crowns. If you lost it, you have to get another one.
Dental Implant Prices: Why So Expensive?
Methods of payment
Nov 16, 2018
In our clinic, we charge for procedure received or done. We don’t charge the whole treatment as it always has different stages. I don’t find necessary to charge the whole thing right away but every Doctor has his own way of working.
How Many Teeth Can Be Replaced with Dental Implants?
All of them
Nov 16, 2018
As an Implantologist I can assure you that with implants we can replace all the teeth we want. But in your case, it would be better to get protocol All on 4 or 6 (if we can’t save your own teeth left of course)
How Much Does It Cost for Tooth Replacement
Check with Periodontist
Nov 16, 2018
I would consider getting a consultation with a Periodontist. Gum recession can be treated. As a Periodontist, I do my best to save natural teeth. If the option is to implant, then a trip to DR could be a very good option for you. Per implant, we charge 1616 US dollars (surgery, implant, abutment and zirconia crown included).
How Long Should I Wait to Get Dental Implants After Extraction?
Wait to get implants
Nov 16, 2018
The best alternative will be to get the teeth extracted and place the implants at the same time so you don’t go through surgery twice, but as you have an infection and you need a bone graft, the best way to proceed in your case is to wait at least 6 months before placing implants as they risk infection too and you need the bone to get attached properly.
Dental Implants Recovery Time
Recovery time
Oct 15, 2018
Dentistry has evolved so much that nowadays dental procedures are almost painless if you take good care of yourself and you rest.
Getting implants is going to depend on many factors: bone density, healthy gums, etc. Anyhow, if everything is fine and you rest properly, after surgery your cheeks will be swollen for 3 days normally, of course this is not always the case, the reaction on each person can be different.
About food, you are going to have a soft diet for about 5 days. You…
