The diagnosis of a deviated nasal septum is made by looking inside your nose and seeing that the wall that divides it in half is shifted to one side. Unless you are symptomatic, ie, unable to breathe through one nostril or blocked passages or chronic sinusitis or a severe external deformity there is no reason to havfe surgery on the septum. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your breasts. Some people would just consider them on the small side and they are slightly asymmetrical (which is normal). Implants would make them larger, but you need NO surgery on them as they are totally normal.

That does not look like the normal 11 line from frowning that is helped with botulism toxin — it looks more like a vein. You would need to be seen in person to know for sure — but if it is a vein it is not helped with toxin.

You need to be evaluated by an ENT physician or a Plastic surgeon with both cosmetic and ENT training. Perhaps you have a deviated nasal septum, allergies, hypertrophic turbinates or some other issue that was not dealt with during a cosmetic rhinoplasty. You are pointing out an issue with doing surgery out of the country where you have no recourse to the surgeon and post op problems.

I would not recommend a transaxillary approach. It is too limiting regarding sizes and types of implants. It appears as if a circum areolar approach would give you a minimal scar and allow full access for surgical treatment.

They are not tuberous — just small. Your first consultation was correct. Implants only make what you have larger — if your breasts are high or laterally places they make them larger in the same position.
