Thank you for your question and photos. It is a bit difficult to say without an exam or measurements. It sounds like you may like the nipple areola complex (NAC), to be smaller, and higher. Yes, I think that you can have this done. You may benefit from the breast lift. Each of the lifting techniques typically will involve an incision line around the NAC, (areolar reduction). The scars typically look most red at 4 months, and then better at 10 months. Most Plastic Surgeons will say at least a year after complete epithelization is the amount of time to wait before a revision operation. One does not want to go in when the tissue is inflamed.
