Statement: I have been a sculptor since I was 13, a long time before I finally qualified as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon (Consultant Surgeon since 1994). This allowed my finely honed skills as a sculptor of the human form to contribute to my genuine sense of aesthetics. It is this skill that I bring to you when I analyse your area of concern before deciding to operate. I am trained in every area of plastic surgery and reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

The high cohesively helps the shaped implants keep their anatomical shape (like half a pear), compared to round cohesive II or round cohesive I implants (which are more like half an orange).They are very high quality implants. It is possible to reduce breasts of HH cup to a D cup without needing to resort to free nipple grafts using the vertical scar (lollipop) technique. The footprint gets smaller in all dimensions with eh breasts moving up on the chest, the cleavage lets crowded and the side boob decreased a lot. I do this often in my own practice.. I have been using the vertical scar technique in very large breasts for the past 27 years

Dear conniesarah, You require any plastic surgeon who would be able to remove your ruptured implant and do a FULL capsulectomy. Most plastic surgeons in the UK are trained in microsurgery, although microsurgical techniques are not necessary for the type of operation you require. It’s unlikely that your body will have made much of a capsule (foreign body reaction) after only 4 weeks. Yes, your skin will shrink back to how you were before, so long as you wear a trim elasticised bra day and night for 12 weeks.You have a lovely figure, and it seems like the implants were much too big for you and not the right shape either.
