Thank you for your question. It appears you have suffered a minor wound breakdown which can occur after this type of procedure. I would advise to inform your surgeon so he/she can organise appropriate follow up for you. This can be treated with regular cleaning and dressing changes and your surgeon should be able to advise you further on this.
