In addition to the answers you’ve already had, I want to add that the term you’re looking for is “deprojection of the tip”. I can see from the photograph that you have an overprojected nasal spine. This is a bone protrusion on the maxilla where your nasal septum sits and it looks like the prominence of your nasal spine is contributing to the overprojection of the nasal tip.
