I see no obvious signs of infection; you seem to be healing fairly well overall. Your tissues are swollen and there is some minor separation but this is almost the norm. Do not manipulate your skin to look for little things; also do not wear any confining clothing.
Best thing to do is to arrange your life so as to be able to do warm water soaks (tub or sitz bath) at least two times a day for 15-20 minutes. This will cleanse your tissues and the heat brings more blood in…

I can see nothing unusual in any of your posted photos. The vagina is not supposed to be entirely smooth inside and any lumpiness may just be normal anatomy.
If you have pain, unusual discharge or odor then an exam by your gyn would be in order.

Rather than jump straight to labiaplasty you may consider having a fat transfer to your outer labia (labia majora). More plump and youthful outer labia can “frame” your entire vulvar area; picture having larger & more three-dimensional outer labia; you can see how your inner labia could become more proportionate, partially hidden and not “ugly” in any way. The fat pad over the mons pubis can be effectively reduced by liposuction; once reduced, your skin may or may not contract satisfactorily. If it does not then a more formal (and involved) monsplasty can be done which reduces the fatty component along with the excess skin–think “mons LIFT”.

Your clitoris seems slightly prominent on your photos–but you are causing the clitoris to project outwards by retracting the surrounding hood. Without the extra manipulation I would surmise that you’d look entirely normal.
I am victim of FGM (Female Genital mutilation) it happened when I was child in Africa?
Loss of clitoris and labia minora are NOT evident from your photos.

There is quite a bit of labia minora tissue apparent on your photos; there is also a slight bulging at the top which could indicate that there is clitoral tissue as well. A detailed gyn exam is needed here to further guide you. Please seek an experienced gyn MD. Good luck to you.
