Hi there – thanks for your posts.Looking at your photos and that you mention your breasts are heavy and drooping, it sounds like you’d be looking at a breast lift (mastopexy) surgery. Hi there. Thanks for your post. These look like hypertrophic scars, are they itchy and red? Although not uncommon, you would expect these to burn out although this can take a year or two.In my opinion it’s worth trying to work out any contributing factors (eg tension) before considering revision. Surgical revision is possible but should be combined with careful scar management therapies and close follow-up as there is a real risk of recurrence. I would suggest…
